Autargy Solar, a comprehensive solar energy company serving both residential and commercial markets with their own warehouse operations for batteries, solar inverters, panels, and related equipment, was experiencing significant operational limitations with their existing Monday.com platform:
- Limited Customization Capabilities: Monday.com lacked the advanced customization options required for complex solar business workflows, preventing the implementation of industry-specific processes.
- Inadequate Lead Assignment System: The platform couldn’t automate lead assignments based on sophisticated rules such as zipcode proximity to sales representatives, closing rate performance, or workload distribution algorithms
- Insufficient Reporting Capabilities: The spreadsheet-like reporting interface provided limited insights and lacked the analytical depth required for strategic business decisions.
- Workflow Automation Limitations: Advanced automation options were not available, forcing manual intervention in processes that should have been streamlined.

Automated Lead Generation & Processing
Implemented automatic lead creation from various solar market agencies, streamlining the lead acquisition process. Seamlessly connected Zoho CRM with Books for accounting, Inventory for stock management, and Creator for custom applications.

Warehouse & Equipment Management
Configured comprehensive inventory management for batteries, solar inverters, panels, and related equipment. Implemented automated stock monitoring and reordering processes.

Advanced Analytics & Reporting
Built advanced dashboards providing real-time insights into company performance, revenue tracking, and expenditure analysis and created detailed reports showing company output in terms of revenue generation and cost management.

Advanced Lead Assignment Algorithm
Developed a sophisticated PHP Laravel application hosted on AWS EC2 with MySQL database to ensure no lead is ever left unassigned in the system. Implemented a system that automatically reassigns leads not closed within 6 weeks to new representatives, with strong lead rejection protocols
