Autargy Solar, a comprehensive solar energy company serving both residential and commercial markets with their own warehouse operations for batteries, solar inverters, panels, and related equipment, was experiencing significant operational limitations with their existing Monday.com platform:

  • Limited Customization Capabilities: Monday.com lacked the advanced customization options required for complex solar business workflows, preventing the implementation of industry-specific processes.
  • Inadequate Lead Assignment System: The platform couldn’t automate lead assignments based on sophisticated rules such as zipcode proximity to sales representatives, closing rate performance, or workload distribution algorithms
  • Insufficient Reporting Capabilities: The spreadsheet-like reporting interface provided limited insights and lacked the analytical depth required for strategic business decisions.
  • Workflow Automation Limitations: Advanced automation options were not available, forcing manual intervention in processes that should have been streamlined.
