Why is there no price list on this page?+
Because we sell engineering outcomes, not seats or licences. Two "CRM projects" can differ in effort by 10× depending on systems, data and compliance. Instead of a misleading starting price, you get a real number in writing within 48 hours of a free scoping call.
How do you scope a project?+
We start with a free scoping call to map your goals, current stack, and constraints. From there we send a fixed proposal with the scope, milestones, timeline, and quote written down before you commit.
Can we start small?+
Yes. Most clients begin with a single project or a one-month pod to prove value on a focused win, then expand. There is no minimum contract length on the Dedicated Pod model.
Do you offer fixed-price work?+
Project-based engagements are fixed-price against an agreed scope. Pods run on a flat monthly retainer. Either way you know the number up front, with no hourly surprises.
What about ongoing support?+
Every project ships with a 30-day stabilisation window. After that you can move to a managed support retainer or a Dedicated Pod for continuous improvements and admin.
