01 · What we keep seeing
The problems that come up in almost every first call.
01
Leads assigned by hand, or by round-robin
Nobody weighs territory, closing rate and current workload at once, so good leads land on the wrong rep and some sit unassigned for days.
02
Commissions live in a spreadsheet
Multi-tier plans get calculated at month end by one person who knows the rules. Disputes follow, and the CRM cannot answer them.
03
Inventory next to the system, not in it
Panels, inverters and batteries are tracked somewhere else, so sales promises what the warehouse does not have.
04
Customers asking where their install is
The answer lives in three tools and a phone call. Every question is a support ticket instead of a portal page.
05
Reports that do not answer questions
Spreadsheet-style views show activity but not conversion by source, by rep or by territory, so decisions run on feel.
06
Workflows that need a person every time
Reassigning cold leads, chasing documents, sending status updates: all manual, all late.
02 · What gets built
One system, from the first enquiry to the last invoice.
01
Lead intake and routing
Every source, from marketing agencies to web forms and ads, lands in Zoho CRM. A routing engine assigns each lead by distance from the rep, the rep's closing rate on similar leads and current workload. Leads not closed within six weeks move automatically, with rejection rules so nobody can quietly drop the hard ones.
02
One pipeline from survey to installation
Site survey, proposal, contract, permitting, installation and handover as real stages with exit rules, so the pipeline matches reality and the forecast means something.
03
Inventory for the warehouse
Zoho Inventory for panels, inverters, batteries and composite kits, with stock levels visible to sales before a promise is made.
04
Commissions inside the CRM
Multi-tier commission structures modelled in the system. For Autargy that was five tiers, calculated by the CRM and reported per rep.
05
A customer portal
A Zoho Creator portal where customers follow their installation progress and documents, which removes the "where is my install?" calls.
06
Invoicing, analytics and alerts
Zoho Books for invoices, Zoho Analytics dashboards per role, and automated alerts when a lead or a job needs attention now.

The shape of the Autargy Solar build: Zoho One at the centre, a small routing service beside it on AWS.
04 · The engagement
Core system live in four weeks, full build in one quarter.
The same shape as the Autargy engagement: a written scope with a fixed price, the core CRM and routing live first so the team is working in it within the month, then inventory, commissions, portal and reporting in the following weeks. Migration from Monday.com, HubSpot, spreadsheets or a legacy CRM is part of the scope.

05 · Questions owners ask
We are on Monday.com, HubSpot or Salesforce. Can you move us?
Yes. Autargy came off Monday.com; other clients came off legacy systems and spreadsheets. Migration is planned as part of the scope: field mapping, a dry run, then the cutover on a quiet day with the old system kept read-only for a month.
Do we need all of Zoho One or just Zoho CRM?
It depends on what you want in one place. Sales alone is Zoho CRM. Add a warehouse, invoicing, a customer portal or commissions and Zoho One is cheaper than the sum of the parts. We tell you which on the first call.
How does lead routing actually decide?
A small service next to the CRM reads each new lead and scores every eligible rep on distance to the property, closing rate on similar leads and current open workload. The best score gets the lead and the CRM is updated in seconds. The weights are yours to change.
Can commissions with several tiers really live in the CRM?
Yes. For Autargy we modelled a five-tier structure inside Zoho so each closed deal produces the right commission per person automatically, with a report per rep and per period.
What does it cost?
It depends on the scope, and the scope is written down before any price. The first call is free and ends with a plan, whether or not you go ahead with us.
