Zoho, engineered around your business.

Custom modules, Blueprints, Deluge automation, widgets and cross-app flows, we shape Zoho CRM, Books and Flow into one system that runs the way you actually operate. Not the way the defaults do.

Out of the box, Zoho fits nobody perfectly.

The platform can do almost anything. The defaults do almost nothing the way your business does. That gap is where we work.
01PROCESS
The default pipeline mirrors nobody's sales process
Your deals don't move Qualification → Needs Analysis → Proposal. When stages don't match reality, reps work around the CRM, and the data rots from day one.
02SILOS
CRM, Books and Desk hold three versions of the customer
Sales sees one truth, finance another, support a third. Invoices get re-keyed by hand, and 'what does this account owe us?' takes three logins to answer.
03AUTOMATION
The real business logic lives in people's heads
Approvals happen over chat, escalations by memory, follow-ups by sticky note. Zoho can enforce all of it, but not from the settings page alone.
04CEILING
Point-and-click customization hits its ceiling
Layouts and basic workflows get you 70% there. The last 30%, the part your team feels every day, needs Deluge, widgets and real API work.

Our fix: treat Zoho as a platform, not a product.

Point-and-click gets you 70% of the way. The last 30%, the part your team actually feels, takes Blueprints, Deluge, widgets and real integration engineering. That's our home turf.

01
Model your process first
We map how deals, orders and tickets actually move before touching a module, then make Blueprints enforce it, with stage gates, SLAs and mandatory fields where they earn their keep.

02
Automate with Deluge, not duct tape
Custom functions, scheduled jobs, validation and cross-module logic written as reviewed, versioned code, not a pile of workflow rules nobody dares to touch.

03
Extend the UI with widgets
When Zoho's screens aren't enough, we embed custom panels built on the JS SDK, external data, custom actions and whole mini-apps living inside the CRM record.

Connect the whole suite, and beyond
CRM ↔ Books ↔ Desk wired through Zoho Flow and APIs, plus Stripe, Shopify, QuickBooks and whatever else your business runs on. One customer record, everywhere.

Map
01Map the process
One workshop with the people who live in the system. We map how leads, deals, orders and tickets actually move, and where the current setup fights the process instead of running it.

02Structure the CRM
Modules, layouts, pipelines, roles and validation built to the map. Naming conventions and permissions set up so the system stays clean after we leave.

03Automate & script
Blueprints enforce the process; Deluge handles what point-and-click can't, custom functions, approvals, scheduled jobs and cross-module logic, all documented and versioned.

Frequently asked questions

Not sure whether to fix your current org or start clean? That's exactly what the config review answers.
Talk to a Zoho engineer →
Can you fix our existing messy Zoho, or do we start over?+
Usually fix. The 20-point config review tells us which: most orgs need restructured modules, a few Blueprints and a Deluge cleanup, not a rebuild. When starting clean genuinely is cheaper, we'll say so and migrate your data properly.
Workflow rules, Blueprints or Deluge, when do you use which?+
Workflow rules for simple if-this-then-that. Blueprints when a process needs enforcing, stage gates, approvals, mandatory fields. Deluge when logic crosses modules, calls external APIs or needs real code. We document which is which so your admin isn't guessing.
What can widgets do that Zoho's own screens can't?+
Anything a web app can. We've embedded live shipment maps, external credit checks, document builders and side-by-side dedupe tools directly inside CRM records using the JS SDK, no tab-switching, no copy-paste.
Do you handle Zoho Books and the finance side too?+
Yes, Books setup, invoice automation and CRM–Books sync are core to most engagements. Quote-to-invoice without re-keying is usually the fastest ROI in the whole project.
Can you migrate us from Salesforce, HubSpot or spreadsheets?+
Yes. We map fields, preserve history and ownership, dedupe on the way in, and validate counts on the way out. Zero-loss migration with a rollback plan, it's the same playbook behind our 1.2M-record migrations.
Which Zoho edition do we need?+
Blueprints, Client Script and the features we lean on mostly need Professional or Enterprise. We'll tell you the minimum edition for your scope before you upgrade anything, sometimes the answer is 'stay where you are.'
Will our admin be able to maintain what you build?+
That's the goal. Everything is documented, Deluge is commented and versioned, and handover training is part of stage five. Plenty of clients run day-to-day themselves and keep us on a light retainer for the hard parts.
What does ongoing support look like?+
A support retainer with response times in writing: monitoring on integrations, a queue for changes and small builds, and a monthly review. Same pod that built your system, no re-explaining your business.
