Three rules that do not change from project to project.

I sit with the owner first
Before anything is built I want to know what is out of control: leads that go cold, quotes built by hand, numbers nobody trusts. The system comes from that list, not from a feature catalogue.

The person you talk to is the person who builds
There is no sales layer. What I promise on the first call is what I will be building the following week, and I stay through go-live and the review after it.

You own it when I leave
Workflows, fields and code are documented so your team runs the system without me. If I have done the job well, you can fire me and nothing breaks.
