Who we are
Encloud Solutions is a CRM and systems consultancy based in Lahore, Pakistan. We run this site ourselves. For anything in this notice, write to sales@encloudsolutions.com or call +92 326 7747424. A person replies within one business day.
What you give us
When you send a message, ask for an estimate or a consultation, request a case study or subscribe to the newsletter, we keep what you typed: your name, work email, company and your message. We use it to reply to you and, if you ask for one, to prepare a proposal.
Alongside the form we record the page you sent it from, the site you arrived from, your approximate location (country and city, derived from your IP address), the IP address itself and your device and browser type. This helps us tell a real enquiry from spam and lets us reply in the right time zone.
Submissions are stored in our own content system and emailed to our sales inbox and to the founder. We keep them until you ask us to delete them or the enquiry is clearly closed.
Case studies
Full case studies are sent as a link that works for four hours. To send it we keep your name, email, company, the study you asked for and whether the link was opened. The team is told when a study is requested so we can follow up, and you can decline that follow-up by replying to the email.
Video pages
Pages under /watch host short videos we send to prospects. When one is played we record how far it was watched, which chapters and links were clicked, the country and city of the viewer, their IP address and network, device and browser, and the page that linked to it. A small first-party cookie (enc_vid, one year) lets us recognise a repeat visit to the same video.
If we sent you a personal link, the link itself tells us it was you, and we are notified by email when it is watched. That is the point of the feature: it lets us follow up with the people who are interested, and leave alone the ones who are not.
Short links
Links under /go are short redirects we use in proposals and messages. Each records the number of clicks, the time of the last click, and which proposal or campaign the link was created for.
Analytics and cookies
We use Google Analytics 4 to count visits and see which pages and sources bring people here, and Microsoft Clarity to see how pages are used (scrolling, clicks, where people stop reading). Clarity masks what you type into forms. Neither is used for advertising, and we do not sell or share this data.
Nothing analytics-related is stored in your browser until you click Accept on the cookie bar. Before that, Google receives only anonymous, cookieless counts and Clarity records without setting cookies. After Accept, Google sets its _ga cookies (up to two years) and Clarity sets _clck and _clsk (one year and one day). Your choice is remembered in your browser and you can change it by clearing site data.
The site also keeps, in your browser only, the page you first landed on and where you came from, so a form you send later carries that context. It never leaves your browser unless you send a form.
Booking a call and WhatsApp
"Book a call" opens Microsoft Bookings, where Microsoft handles what you enter under its own terms and the booking lands in our Microsoft 365 calendar. The WhatsApp button opens WhatsApp, run by Meta, and anything you send there is covered by their terms. Neither is loaded until you click.
Who processes data for us
- Amazon Web Services: hosting for this site and its database.
- Microsoft 365: our email, calendar and Bookings; Microsoft Clarity for usage analytics.
- Google: Google Analytics 4 and Search Console.
- IP geolocation services (ipinfo.io, ipwho.is, ip-api.com): they receive an IP address and return a country and city. They receive nothing else.
Each of them acts on our instructions and under their own published privacy terms.
Your rights
You can ask what we hold about you, have it corrected, or have it deleted. Email sales@encloudsolutions.com from the address you used with us and we will do it within seven days and confirm. If you are in the UK or the EU, you also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority. We would rather hear from you first.
Changes
When we change what the site collects, this page changes with it and the date at the top is updated. Last updated 16 September 2026.
